TSI offer after hour customer call support and engagement.  We take calls and then create a ticket that can be used to track calls and etc..  We can then call the utility management in case of major service break or emergency.  We can set-up the tickets for review in the field. 


CheckMate Plus

TSI provides after hours support but out going call notification and track  affected service routs to other customers.  

 

CheckMate SE 

TSI provides after hours, customer notifications and data analytics.  Data on all dispatches time out and in-office .  Reports on # of tickets, type of calls, management reports and more
