TSI -  was formed to help  Municipalities after hours answer calls for support and major outages.  TSI uses trouble ticketing software that can be viewed online or from emails.

TSi's Founders have worked with utility companies for over 30+ years. 

 

Initially the one of the founders worked with utility billing software and accounting too small to large utility companies.   

 

The other founder has worked with call centers for over 25+ years.  

 

TSI has now grown from a few small water companies and internet companies and now we have customers all over the United States.  

 

Our customers range from small rural water companies with 500 meters to large cities.
